The location was FAVOURABLE, just a pleasant stroll away from Quinta Avenida. I really enjoyed the room with a bath, the bed was extremely comfy.

The location was great and amazing - ease of access to Playacar. The breakfast was exceptionally nice and there was a lot of food to choose from.

Great location, delicious breakfasts, rooftop pool with cozy sunbeds, fantastic in-room jacuzzi, fair price.

The room was very nice and the bed extremely good.

Certain lady in the reception was not very service oriented or co-operative. In addition, the reception persons seems to have some problems in their internal communication. If you agreed somthing with one person, the person being in the reception new day was not aware of that nor willing to clarify the issues. The breakfast was also quite modest and boring.

Amazing experience. We booked only 2 nights because the hotel was brand new (opened just a month ago) and no real reviews yet available back at that time. We loved so much that we ended staying 10 days. The staff is very nice and helpfull. The location is one small block away from the 5th avenue with all the shops/ restaurants. For Clubbers, the main bars and clubs are 10min walk away. The beach, 5 min away, is amazing. The roof top bar and infinity swimming pool is with a great view on the ocean and city. We did not know what to attend from a sushi restaurant in Playa del Carmen, but the one of the hotel is surprisingly inventive and good. Room is design, very large and so the bed. The hot tub takes times to fill but is very enjoyable ;-)

No real cons, maybe just the hotel did not have yet the elevator working but only 4 floors in total (was not a problem for us as young couple). I would definitely recommend and return to this hotel. I have never been so happy about my stay in a hotel. Thanks for all!

The room was spacious and veryvery beautiful (loved the beds) and the hotel itself was nice, clean and situated in a good place. The hotel borrowed towels to the beach, which is always a benefit.

My room had no view (facing the inner court yard) and I heard all the voices from the jointing room loudly. The brekfast was never ready at 8 am as promised and the breakfast was quite boring. One of the receptionist was very helpful, clever and spoke good English, but the other two receptionists did not speak English so well and generally they were little bit lost.

The rooms have very thin false walls you could hear doors closing people walking in the hotel, plus all the street noises (very strongly all night long) ....also I have not received my receipt (factura) which they were suppossed to have ready for me at the desk and didnt:::then they were going to send it to me via e mail...and havent......poor quality service ::::when I arived they said they didnt had the room I had solicited

Gorgeous rooms, comfortable beds, amazing pool with craft cocktails, friendly and helpful staff.

What we appreciate is the room, the space, the Jacuzzi, the cleanness.

The first thing we do not like is the situation. There is any view to the see, most of the room are on one of the main street of Playa del Carmen with the noise associated to that kind of situation, in low season, I can imagine in high season. The second thing we do not like was the service for the breakfast, the first day, we ordered fried eggs, we were waiting half an hour to get nothing except the excuse of the waitress. All the staff was disappointed but anybody did something to solve the problem. They propose us a discount of 27pesos, nothing else, I got 300pesos off with a lot of difficulties.

The rooms with jacuzzi are great. A lot of space and very nice decorated. The location is perfect, just two blocks away from the beach and steps from the 5th avenue with stores and restaurants.

This hotel was a great find! The rooms were cute and cozy, perfect for a comfortable stay. I also loved that they had kayaks available for guests at no cost, adding a fun and convenient activity option. The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city center, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything Playa del Carmen has to offer. The staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The attention to detail in the rooms, like the hot tubs and the option for a room with a view, made the experience even more enjoyable. Plus, having breakfast included was a nice touch, even though it wasn't advertised.

All was more than okay during my stay!

Amazing hotel, my wife and I came there for our honeymoon and got much more then we excpected. The staff are very nice, the rooms are amazing and the food is delicious. We will defenetly stay there again when we come back to playa!

The room was romantic and brand-new with comfortable bed and it had wake-up service, that's cool. Magnificent location of the hotel to the local flower shop where I picked up a lovely bouquet of roses.

It is a chic and stylish property located in Centro district just off main street where the restaurants and the center of the city and the famed 5th avenue.
